Cordova Bay Soccer Club provides a large array of coordinated soccer Team Wear for all of the youth age groups including Adult teams. The items provided for purchase are sanctioned by the Cordova Bay Soccer Club Board and are the only items that should be worn by teams when representing the club.
These items are also available for purchase by family members.Throughout the year, all samples of the clothing can be viewed in the concession,
as well as all sizes available to try on.
There will be order forms available at the concession as well as a downloadable form on the website.
Ordering is done through the concession, please supply the order form, cheque or cash to the concession, ensure the forms are completely filled out with clear name, phone and e-mail address.
Put the form and payment in an envelope and hand into the concession, you will be contacted as soon as the item is available.
For team orders, the coaches can collect the information on the item in question and contact the Team Wear Coordinator.
We are always interested in feedback and if there are any other items the Club members wish to see available please contact the Team Wear Coordinator.
